Delivery
- How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 24-72 working hours within Lagos and 2-5 working days in other states in Nigeria.
- Does my package get to my doorstep?
Usually, yes. However, there are some locations, particularly outside Lagos that our forwarder (GIG Logistics) does not get to. You may need to pick up at the nearest GIG location closest to you.
- I have not gotten my tracking number
Every out of Lagos State packages should get a tracking number sent directly to their email. However, if you didn’t get one, rest assured your package has been sent out and is on its way to you. If you still wish to get a tracking number, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or our Live Chat channel and we will email you right away!
- Can I pick up my package?
Yes, you can. However, pickup must be done after at least five hours of placing your order and within 9am-5pm (Monday-Saturday) to enable us process your order. You will get an email when your package is ready for pick-up.
- Where is your pick-up location?
We do not have a physical store but you can pick-up at Maplewood Estate, Oko-Oba, Agege, Lagos. Place a phone call, WhatsApp message or Instagram DM about thirty minutes before you arrive to ensure a seamless process.
- Can I specify what time I want my package delivered?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot foresee future decisions made by dispatch riders. Thus, we cannot say for sure what exact time you will get your package. However, be at alert, your package is usually dispatched within 24 hours.
- I need my package urgently, can I get express delivery?
We do not offer express delivery. However, we understand that you may need your package urgently, we advise that you send a dispatch rider to pick up as soon as you place the order. You should place a phone call to +2349132940530 to enquire whether you can pick up outside the pickup time frame before doing so.
- Can I pick up on Sundays?
No. However, you can contact us to see if we can work out an arrangement!
- Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
Yes, you can within an hour of placing your order. Kindly contact us via Live Chat, Phone call or WhatsApp.
- I was unreachable/unavailable at the time of delivery, where is my package?
Your package is secure with our dispatch agents and delivery will be reattempted at a later time at no extra cost to you. However, we cannot guarantee 24-72 working hours where this happens. Don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you! Note that delivery is only reattempted once more, after which you will be required to pay. We thus, encourage you to be available to receive your package at any time within 72 hours after you place your order.
- When will my package be sent out?
All packages are sent out within 24 hours. You could get it that same day, or the day after.
- Can I pay for the delivery fee once my package has been delivered?
`We don’t accept payment of delivery fee on arrival. You need to pay before delivery.
- I would like my order to be delivered on a particular date
Write the details of the date on the additional notes during checkout.

- I got a wrong package
We are so sorry about that. Kindly contact us and it will be picked up at no extra cost to you and the right package will be resent as soon as possible.
- I did not get an order confirmation email
Check your spam inbox to verify. If you still can’t find it, please contact us and we will email you right away!
- Can I pre-order a product?
No, you cannot. However, you can request for a product to be stocked and it will be added to our stock list, if possible.
- Can I pay for my order on delivery?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Payment validates order.

No, we do not offer professional skincare consultations. However, there are experienced skincare enthusiasts who can help you recommend products for your skin concerns at no extra cost to you. - Do you offer wholesale services?
We strive to be affordable and as such, we offer the best prices we can all year round. However, when you buy 7 or more products, you get a discount of 150 naira off each product applied automatically at checkout (exclusions apply). - Do you offer dropshipping services?
No, we don’t.
- Can I stock-pile?
Yes, you can stockpile for up to 10 working days. Please reach out to our customer service agents via WhatsApp, Live Chat or Instagram DM to verify when the product(s) you wish to add will be restocked. Kindly note that all packages are sent out after the 10 days working days has elapsed.
- I can't find a product on your website
It means this product is not on our stock list (anymore). Kindly contact us if you want it to be readded to our stocklist.
