The balm-like texture changes to an oil cleanser upon contact with water to cleanse thick makeup without tugging or dehydrating the skin. It contains hypoallergenic ingredients including shea butter, citrus herbs, fruits, and white flower extracts making it suitable for sensitive skin.

How to Use
Use spatula to scoop a small amount and spread over face. Add a splash of lukewarm water and massage in circular motion with fingertips. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow up with a water-based cleanser.
